The Coach House is set in the heart of the beautiful Pentrehobyn Estate, located in Wales just over the border of England near Chester. The Estate has existed since Pentrehobyn Hall was built in 1625 by the Lloyd family, who are directly descended from Hywel ep Edwin, who became Prince of Wales in 1096.
Long driveway leading through parkland. There are beautiful rural views and plenty of parking available to the front of the property. The house enjoys the private use of a beautiful walled garden to the rear with a large flat lawn ideal for summer drinks parties and family games.

In the area
The Coach House is located around 14 miles from Chester just over the border of England in Flintshire, North Wales and is around 45 minutes from Liverpool (European Capital of Culture, 2008) and an hour from Manchester. The nearest railway station is Chester, from which direct trains to London (Euston) take 2 hours. The Coach House is well served by Liverpool and Manchester airports. Taxis or private chauffers can be arranged to collect guests from railway stations or airports, as required.
We have just returned from our break at The Coach House, and I wanted to write to say thank you for all your help in organising our stay. We found the whole process very easy and Zoe was lovely too. The house is great, lovely but not stuffy, and we all very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks again.

The Coach House is a charming converted barn with lovely rural views, set in the private Pentrehobyn Estate. The property has bright, fresh interiors, with cosy fireplaces and comfy sofas to relax after exploring the nearby countryside. There is a lovely homely feel to this property, and the fabulous triple height central atrium is a fantastic room for celebrations or family games.
