The Old Rectory is located on the edge of the village of Chulmleigh in Devon in a beautiful setting with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Chulmleigh is centrally located to take advantage of all that Devon has to offer, just a stone’s throw from the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor and just 25 miles from the stunning beaches at Croyde and Saunton Sands.

The Old Rectory is around 35 minutes’ drive from Exeter and approximately 3.5 hours from London. The nearest train station is Eggesford Rail Station at 2 miles; with Exeter Station approximately 35 minutes’ drive away offering frequent direct services to London Paddington in just 2 hours. Exeter is the nearest international airport at 23 miles.

The house is within walking distance of the village pubs and restaurants at Chulmleigh and there are plenty of footpaths and tracks perfect for walking or cycling including the Eggesford Forest, the Tarka bike trail, and numerous coastal paths within a short drive.
