Located in a wing of the house, separate and with its own entrance but connected internally. Queen size bed, en-suite with shower and bath.

Located in a wing of the house, separate and with its own entrance but connected internally. Super king size bed, large en-suite with shower and bath.
FIRST FLOOR
Eagle Room
A beautiful room with huge cinema style television, lots of sofas and tables for board games, chess, fireplace and a smaller bar), Sonos sound system.
Billiards Room
A stylish games room with a pool table and leather banquet seating. Can be adapted to an office or meeting room for up to 12 people if required.
Acorn Room
A charming dining/breakfast room to seat 10 guests with a lovely fireplace.
Children’s Room
Comfortable seating, TV and toy chest.
Kitchen
A small industrial style kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster.
Bedroom 8
Spacious bedroom with super king size bed, large en-suite with shower and bath. Can interconnect with Bedroom 9 through bathroom if required.

Super king size or twin bed, en-suite with shower and bath. Can interconnect with Bedroom 8.

OUTSIDE
The House is approached from an impressive driveway, leading to a large parking area. The estate extends to 22 acres of parkland, with manicured lawns, formal gardens and terraces. The grounds can accommodate a marquee for up to 150 guests if required, please note different prices apply for events. Music outside must finish by 11.30am, inside there are no restrictions.
