To participate in this competition, you must update your email marketing preference via the link provided. There will be one winner (who has fulfilled the criteria in 1.) who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 26th of May 2018.
The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
The prize consists of a voucher entitling the winner to a one-night complimentary stay for two people at Ellenborough Park in Gloucestershire in a Classic bedroom, including a £50 per person credit towards a three course evening meal in The Restaurant at Ellenborough Park, breakfast and complimentary access to the spa amenities for two people. Beverages and spa treatments are not included.
The voucher is valid for stays between Sunday – Thursday, and excludes certain dates such as Christmas, Easter or Cheltenham races. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Drinks and supplements must be paid in full. Please present the voucher upon arrival. This voucher features a unique reference ID code which may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. Only the original, unaltered voucher will be accepted, this must be presented at reception on arrival. All dining reservations are subject to availability. Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
The voucher is only valid until 27th April 2019 and your stay must take place before this date.
Check in will be from 15:00 and check out will be by 11:00am.
If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your full name, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being emailed as our winner.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same email account, the first entry only will be accepted.
You do not have to have previously booked with Elysian Estates to qualify.
We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner. Elysian Estates will contact you via the email address you have supplied.
By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win, leave a review on social media.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
