Whether you are looking for a board retreat, conference, product launch or team building event, or simply to treat clients or employees, Dormy House offers relaxed luxury at its finest.

Nestled on the edge of the Cotswold hills, its tranquil setting provides a serene backdrop to inspire creativity. The beautiful interiors combine contemporary décor with country chic, creating an intimate and homely yet indulgent feel, with superb service and cuisine.

Sustainability is at the heart of Dormy House and the Farncombe Estate’s offering, with a strong emphasis on natural materials and excellent green credentials. The idyllic estate is teeming with nature, with verdant meadows, leafy pathways and an abundance of flowers creating a haven of tranquillity.

Catering is a real highlight at Dormy House, with an award-winning chef celebrating the finest locally sourced ingredients, including high-welfare rare-breed meats, vegetables grown in the gardens and responsibly cultivated grains –all sourced and served in tune with the rhythms of nature.

The style here can be as smart or relaxed as you like, from formal dinners to cosy fireside brainstorming sessions. The Back Garden is a stunning room flooded with light, glass walled and overlooking the manicured walled garden it is a beautiful setting for meetings and dining alike for up to 70 guests, leading directly through to the three lounges providing excellent versatility for breakout spaces.

There are numerous spaces available for intimate meetings or private dining from 8 – 16 people, whilst The Potting Shed has a more relaxed, rustic feel, with a large leather-and-oak bar and exposed stone walls, providing the ideal setting for breakfasts and casual dining for up to 60 people.

For the ultimate experience, Dormy House is also available on an exclusive use basis, with all of the restaurants, meeting rooms and lounges included along with all 38 bedrooms for up to 76 guests, giving you complete flexibility in how you would like to run your event.

Enjoy a host of activities in the 500-acre estate from clay pigeon shooting to outdoor survival skills. There is a dedicated activity lawn providing ample space for bigger events such as It’s a Knockout, Escape Room or Crystal Maze type activities, and there is a motorised safari available through the estate on Segways.

Guests also have access to the beautiful Dormy House Spa, with a stunning candlelit indoor infinity pool, a hydrotherapy hot tub, and a Scandi style thermal suite featuring lavender and juniper saunas, salt infused steam room, an ice experience and an experience shower.

Spa treatments are available from Natura Bisse, Temple Spa and Pure Massage, with expert therapists on hand, along with a gym with personal trainers available. Please do note that all guests have access to the spa, however, should Dormy House be taken on an exclusive use basis, the spa wouldn’t be part of the exclusivity and would remain open to its members.

The 38 bedrooms and suites are individually designed and beautifully furnished, with soft colours and sumptuous bedding to providing a calming space to relax and rejuvenate. All rooms feature luxury en-suite bathrooms with Temple Spa bath products, bathrobes and slippers, and there is free WiFi throughout.

The rooms range across three categories and are located in the original main farmhouse, the Emily Wing or the Danish Courtyard, all very close to the main house. There are also 8 suites at Dormy House in addition to the Scandi style courtyard suites, which all feature outdoor hot tubs on their private terrace. For those requiring complete privacy, Rose Cottage is a lovely stand-alone cottage in the courtyard with hot-tub, a separate lounge and outdoor table and chairs.

Dormy House is set in the Farncombe Estate, with over 500 acres of grounds to explore, and wellies are provided for guests. Broadway Golf Course is adjacent to Dormy House making it ideal for corporate golf days, and the renowned Cotswold Way offers miles of beautiful walking paths.
