Prices are based on the exclusive use of The Old Mill, Hayloft and Byre for up to 28 guests in 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms for private residential stays. Please note the Byre’s kitchen and hot tub are only included with a supplement and must be pre-arranged, please contact us for more information.

Restrictions
- No smoking
- Hot tubs are closed from 10.30pm – 10.30am, max 7 people at once
- External noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
- Hen or stag groups by prior agreement only
- Pets by prior agreement only, subject to £50 charge per pet
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times due to proximity of livestock
- No fireworks or Chinese lanterns permitted
- Check in from 4pm, checkout by 10am
- Refundable damage deposit of £1,500 due one week prior to arrival
