Unique, unusual events are a speciality, and with over 1,000 acres of grounds to facilitate large scale events, the only limit is your imagination.

The Estate offers superb accessibility being located just 32 miles from central London, with junction 10 of the M1 and Luton Parkway Station both within 5 minutes, with direct trains to London in just 30 minutes. Luton Airport is just ten minutes away providing excellent connectivity with many European cities.

There are a range of meeting rooms and breakout spaces in both the Mansion House and Warren Weir for meetings and conferences from 8 guests through to 388 delegates, all superbly equipped to cater for all manner of meetings and audiences.

Guests also benefit from the extensive leisure amenities and services within the estate including the stunning spa, gym, indoor pool, golf course and superb private dining or dining in one of the beautiful restaurants. There are 228 luxurious bedrooms across the entire estate, offering plenty of space for overnight accommodation.

The grounds afford numerous opportunities for activities and team building events, with land based activities such as clay pigeon shooting and archery (with the estate’s own bays and instructor on site), golf on the championship golf course and driving range, quad biking, hover crafts, mapped walks and jogging trails, falconry and treasure hunts. The 50 acre lake is ideal for water-based activities, and there is ample space for organised team building activities as well as indoor activities should the weather turn.

The Bear Grylls Survival Academy is a popular choice for an activity with a twist, taking you and your compatriots on an amazing survival skill journey, and there is a Land Rover Experience Centre next to the estate with challenging and exhilarating courses to put even seasoned off-road drivers through their paces.

The elegant Mansion House offers a spectacular setting for corporate events, with magnificent interiors and an illustrious history this is a venue to truly impress and inspire your guests, with idyllic surroundings providing a haven of luxury and tranquillity. The Mansion House offers capacity for up to 120 delegates in the stunning Romanov Suite, with many smaller rooms also available for more intimate meetings or private dining.

There are 35 stately bedroom suites and rooms in the Mansion House, and a further 38 air conditioned bedrooms in the adjacent Parkland Wing, accessed via a covered pergola across the landscaped courtyard. If further accommodation is required, an additional 71 bedrooms are located in the Country Club, a 5 minute walk from the Mansion House, with complimentary transfers available. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with superb attention to detail, and all have luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

The Mansion House can be rented on an exclusive use basis, or there are 17 beautiful function rooms which can be used for private meetings, presentations or entertainment, all fully equipped with the latest technology and endlessly versatile.

Warren Weir Meetings, Conferences and Events

Warren Weir is a beautiful venue located in the Luton Hoo Estate, one mile from the Mansion House and accessed via a long driveway through beautiful parkland, it provides excellent opportunities for customised branding from the moment you arrive.

Modelled on the Arts and Crafts era, Warren Weir consists of two attractive buildings centred around a charming courtyard, surrounded by tranquil grounds with idyllic views over the lake and River Lea.

Entirely self-contained, Warren Weir offers the perfect setting for discerning guests looking for complete privacy and excellent amenities, ideal for exclusive use events and large meetings and conferences, award dinners, product launches, fashion shows, and even car launches.

Guests can expect the same high standards of service and cuisine on offer at the Mansion House, with a truly tailored approach to ensure complete flexibility, support and comfort at Warren Weir. Warren Weir’s meeting spaces are all located in the same building, with lovely views over the grounds and river and plenty of natural light. The Lea Suite is Luton Hoo’s largest function suite, located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace it can accommodate up to 388 theatre style, 280 for banqueting and 360 for a reception, and connects with Warren’s Lounge with its own bar, making this the perfect location for banquets and celebrations.

The Ravensbourne Suite on the first floor can seat 330 theatre style or 200 classroom style, and the Bayford Brook Room and Cobbins Brook Room are connected by double doors, making them an ideal suite of rooms for smaller meetings and breakout or dining space. There is also the Turnford Brook Room which is perfect as an office for the event organiser.

Accommodation at Warren Weir is across the courtyard in a separate building, with a total of 84 bedroom suites and rooms. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed and have beds that can be arranged as twins or doubles, along with luxurious ensuite bathrooms with a bath and separate shower. All bedrooms benefit from a minibar and tea/coffee facilities, Molton Brown toiletries, and many of the bedrooms have lake views or balconies.

Warren Weir also offers a hospitality lounge with a drinks station and can include breakfast to go, along with superb leisure amenities including its own 18 metre indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness studio and a snooker room.

Cuisine here is a highlight, with a team of expert chefs ready to create your perfect menu, from fine dining to BBQs and hog roasts. The team here also have excellent links with specialist caterers for Asian, Kosher, Greek and Jewish celebrations and events, so if you have any particular requirements these can of course be catered for.

Unusual and unique events are a speciality, with Warren Weir and its grounds previously being transformed into an ice skating rink, winter wonderland, funfair with carousels and bumper cars and a summer fete, along with various charity events and triathlons.
