The Langley is the jewel in the crown of the idyllic Langley Park estate, cocooned in 150 acres of verdant manicured grounds and set at the end of a sweeping driveway it offers an oasis of calm coupled with superb accessibility. The resplendent mansion was created in 1756 for the third Duke of Marlborough, and has recently been restored to its former glory with incredible attention to detail. The spectacular entrance with its original mosaic floor, dazzling chandelier and magnificent fireplace creates an enchanting impression that only continues throughout this most beautiful of venues.

Enjoy undivided and highly personalised service, with bespoke menus as relaxed or as formal as you wish. Alternatively, there are a number of beautiful function rooms in which to dine, celebrate or meet, all opening onto vast terraces, with heated parasols and al fresco dining opportunities making the perfect setting for summer soirees.

The stylish marble-clad spa is the second largest subterranean spa in Europe, with a beautiful infinity edge indoor pool, vitality area, thermal suite with a Himalayan salt sauna and Amethyst crystal steam room, and both Turkish and Moroccan Hammams. There ae private ladies and gents’ areas of the spa for added privacy if preferred. Skilled therapists are on hand to offer blissful therapies in one of five treatment rooms, and there are also personal trainers available to assist in the well-equipped gym, designed by Matt Roberts. There is also an elegant heated outdoor pool complete with plush sun loungers and a tennis court.

The delightful 6-seater cinema can be booked for private screenings or meetings with a twist, whilst the amazing original vaulted wine cellar is the perfect place to enjoy guided wine tasting sessions or even intimate dinners. A teaching kitchen will feature from spring 2021, able to deliver fun and informative cookery lessons for 8-10 guests.

The superb chef and his team specialise in British seasonal cuisine, with the superb Cedar dining room offering a relaxed country feel. The elegant Drawing Room also offers an all day dining menu, whilst the Churchill Bar is the perfect spot to indulge in fine spirits, cocktails and cigars.

The captivating Winter Garden is an incredible setting for special occasions, flooded with natural light this beautiful orangery style room overlooks the grounds, and features a mezzanine level lending itself perfectly to entertainment or presentations. Able to seat 80 for dining or up to 100 for meetings or receptions, it also affords direct access to the wrap around terrace and gardens.

The 41 luxurious bedrooms are split between the main house and the Brew House, a charming building less than a minute’s walk away that was once used for brewing the Duke’s own ale. The main house bedrooms range from Deluxe Rooms to the magnificent Marlborough Suite with a spacious private lounge, dining room and bar with three interconnecting bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature luxurious linens, sublime mattresses and soft relaxing tones, with many boasting incredible views over the surrounding parkland. The Brew House bedrooms offer slightly more contemporary country styling, some with their own private terraces, with several twin rooms, interconnecting rooms and pet friendly rooms available.

All the bedrooms offer elegant marble en-suite bathrooms with plush bathrobes and Hermes toiletries, and many feature roll top baths and separate showers. Each room has a well-stocked mini bar and there is high speed WiFi throughout the hotel.

The 150 acres of landscaped grounds were designed by the renowned Lancelot “Capability” Brown, with bucolic parkland and an idyllic river and lake. The grounds offer ample space for a variety of activities, from traditional country pursuits such as laser clay shooting and archery, to duck herding and bush craft survival. There are numerous walking, jogging and cycling paths through the estate. We can also assist with arranging any entertainment or other services that may be required.
