Sequoia Court has been the star of many high profile film and television productions, cementing its reputation as one of the UK’s premier film locations. The elegant interiors, beautiful Georgian façade and picturesque gardens lend themselves wonderfully to a variety of productions, with flexible and versatile spaces totalling over 43,000 square ft of useable space.
There are stunning period features throughout this beautiful property, and every room is filled with natural light thanks to the vast sash windows, with beautiful views and many of the downstairs rooms offer direct access to the grounds. The domed glass ceiling of the Palladian Central Hall and viewing gallery is a truly unique space flooded with natural light, whilst the grand oak panelled Ballroom, the elegant Boudoir and the intimate Library all offer their own unique charm and offer the perfect blank canvas.
The beautiful grounds extend to over 100 acres of parkland, with manicured lawns, topiary and a sunken garden, along with open fields and meadows, woodland, a lake with an island, daffodil and bluebell fields, a Lime Avenue, open stream and even a derelict cottage in the woods and an abandoned 25 bedroom annexe.
