The Fish almost feels like a small village, offering a back to nature bolt hole with a wide array of meeting and dining venues to suit groups of all sizes. The various buildings and meeting rooms offer versatile and unique spaces for all kinds of events, with styles ranging from rustic lodges to formal board meetings in stunning light-flooded rooms with a view. Yet everything here feels cosy and relaxed, with a strong emphasis on the natural environment and sustainability. This is luxury without a hint of pretence, and is a sure-fire way to impress clients and colleagues alike.

Perched high on a prominent Cotswolds escarpment with unrivalled views stretching some 50 miles, The Fish forms part of the revered Farncombe Estate, overlooking the village of Broadway, one of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds.

Springfield House is located at the top of the Estate, featuring a variety of light-filled meeting rooms and quirky movie inspired décor. The Granary commands the most superior view across the Vale of Evesham with an incredible floor to ceiling glass window leading out to a small terrace; an inspirational setting for any meeting for up to 16 guests.

The Hayloft, with natural light streaming through the huge skylights, comes packed with state-of- the-art audio visual equipment, able to seat 50 theatre style or 36 cabaret. The meeting rooms in Springfield House all come with private adjoining breakout areas, complete with comfy furnishings, luxury tea and coffee facilities and tempting munchies to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings, and we can arrange for lunch to be brought to you for those with demanding schedules.

Springfield House even has its own cinema filled with comfy chairs for 14 delegates and lots of huge cushions and beanbags. This impressive room is ideal for presentations or to simply kick back and relax with a movie and popcorn after a busy day.

Just a short walk brings you to the Coach House which houses the main reception and some bedrooms, whilst the six-bedroom Farmhouse is just beyond, available to hire exclusively on its own or as part of the exclusive hire of the whole estate. The Farmhouse offers a more relaxed environment with its own country chic lounge perfect for informal meetings.

The Lodge forms the heart of the estate, nestled just below the Farmhouse it houses the main bar, lounge, a games room and the Hook Restaurant. The Cabin forms one end of the Lodge, a beautiful space with its own lounge and dining room, able to seat up to 50 for formal dining in the Cabin or up to 70 guests in the adjoining lounge. For meetings, up to 80 theatre style or 49 cabaret style can be seated. There is also a doorway large enough to fit a vehicle for automotive product launches. The lounge opens onto a pretty private terrace with festoon lights creating a magical setting for evening summer soirees.

Guests can choose private dining or to make use of the Hook restaurant. Combining sophistication and refinement, Hook is a wonderful celebration of seafood, serving the finest, responsibly sourced, fish as well as timeless classics from the land. With exclusive use of the estate, up to 90 guests can dine in Hook; with floor to ceiling windows, beautiful views and direct access to the terrace it makes a stunning setting for special occasions.

The adjoining light-flooded Conservatory can host private dining for up to 16 guests and has access to its own private terrace for more intimate dinners, whilst the al fresco Feasting Deck provides the ultimate experience in rustic, summer dining. Perched on the hillside, this open cabin boasts stunning panoramic views while the chefs prepare a lip-licking barbecue feast using an array of Webber barbecues, wood and coal fired ovens for up to 20 guests, and can even be used for relaxed meetings.

With access to the 400 acre Farncombe Estate there are plenty of activities available to enjoy from clay pigeon shooting to outdoor survival skills. With a huge dedicated activity lawn you can tailor your team building experience with fun games such as motorised tanks, Crystal Maze experience or ‘Its a Knockout’ – all are sure to create memorable bonds between team members and colleagues for years to come. With so much picturesque scenery to explore, walking maps and wellington boots are provided for all guests and even wash down stations for those bringing the office dog along!

Rooms and suites within The Stables, Outhouse and Farmhouse ooze country chic with warm natural tones and relaxed elegance. All accommodation features every modern convenience you could wish for, with Wi-Fi throughout the estate and luxurious touches including bathrobes, Nespresso coffee machines and Temple Spa toiletries.
