This Fish offers superb accessibility just two hours from London. There are a variety of private function and meeting rooms all boasting gorgeous décor for anything up to 50 guests, or take the entire hotel exclusively with all 63 bedrooms, space for up to 90 people for dining and experience your very own private country playground.

The chic, Scandinavian inspired wooden Lodge sits central among the hotel’s many buildings, offering large but intimately styled open spaces that sprawl seamlessly into charming outdoor seating areas, perfect for watching the sun set whilst enjoying a glass of award-winning wine from the Lodge’s impressive cellar. With contemporary 360 degree open fires and a thoughtfully designed boot room with complimentary Muck Boot wellies and muddy-dog wash area, the Lodge is the perfect place to relax weary legs after exploring the Estate’s 400 acres.

Combining sophistication and refinement, the Hook Restaurant overlooks and opens onto the grounds, with views cascading down towards the Vale of Evesham, creating a magical setting for special dinners for up to 90 guests with outstanding cuisine from the resident chef Martin Burge. The adjoining light-flooded Conservatory can host private dining for up to 16 guests and has access to its own private terrace for more intimate dinners.

The Lodge also includes the Cabin, a versatile function space with its own stylish lounge and dining room, able to seat up to 50 for formal dining in the Cabin or up to 70 guests in the adjoining lounge. For meetings, up to 80 theatre style or 49 cabaret style can be seated. There is also a doorway large enough to fit a vehicle for automotive product launches. The lounge opens onto a pretty private terrace with festoon lights creating a magical setting for evening summer soirees.

The Feasting Deck is the Estate’s ultimate experience in rustic, al fresco summer dining. Perched on the hillside, this open cabin boasts stunning panoramic views while the chefs prepare a lip-licking barbecue feast using an array of Webber barbecues, wood and coal fired ovens along with its own bar, making an amazing setting for parties or even relaxed meetings for up to 20 guests.

The sumptuous bar area centres on another 360 degree open fire place and is the ‘buzzy’ heart of the hotel. Whilst large, the thoughtful Scandi decor creates a welcoming space to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitive or to while away a Cotswold gin or two in the evening. The lavish bar stocks only the finest local and international selections and a truly impressive wine list designed to suit all tastes and occasions.

For conferences, meetings and presentations, The Fish is the ideal venue to throw away the rule book and get the creative juices flowing. The stylish, light-filled meeting rooms come with private adjoining breakout areas with comfy furnishings, games, tea and coffee facilities and tempting munchies to fuel busy minds until the lunch break. The Hayloft is the biggest meeting space able to accommodate up to 50 theatre style or 36 cabaret, whilst the Granary boasts amazing views with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Vale of Evesham, seating up to 16 for board meetings.

There is also a cosy cinema room with sumptuous seating for up to 14 people and even its own popcorn machine, perfect for presentations or to just sit back and relax after a busy day. These stylish, state of the art meeting rooms can be configured to suit any type of business requirement, with wholesome, tasty food brought from the restaurant for those who wish to eat on the go.

The Farmhouse with its natural tones and white wooden ceiling has a more intimate, Norwegian feel. This property can be hired exclusively on its own with 6 bedrooms and a cosy communal lounge area ideal for more relaxed meetings, or as breakout space when taking the estate as a whole.

After a day of celebrations or meetings, The Fish’s unique range of accommodation makes for a truly special slumbering experience, with treehouses, cabins, huts and bedrooms dotted throughout the estate.

The three magical Treehouses are awe-inspiring retreats, nestled in the forest, offering a back-to-nature approach coupled with luxurious interiors. Each Treehouse has a main bedroom with a super king size bed, an open plan living area, en-suite bathroom, and further bedroom with bunk beds. The spacious outdoor decking area features two heated outdoor bathtubs and boast spectacular views from the top of its mighty oak tree.

The five Hideaway Huts, with their panoramic roofs, statement roll top baths and cosy, wood fire heated, lounge areas are perfect for those seeking a sense of luxury isolation. Surrounded by lush forest, they are fully kitted out for year-round stays with underfloor heating, king size beds, and en-suite bathrooms, along with a minibar, Nespresso coffee machines and a heated outdoor bath big enough for two. One of the huts even boasts its own private lake, island and rowing boat, perfect for those seeking something uniquely special.

There are five further Hilly Huts, smaller than the Hideaway Huts but no less special, each with a double bed and a cosy open plan lounge with a wood burner, underfloor heating, along with an en-suite shower rooms and even its own private hot tub on the outdoor private decked seating area.

The country luxe suites and rooms all come with sumptuous bedding and excellent facilities; some with patios, hot tubs, lounges and a variety of other luxuries to make your stay an indulgent experience. The bedrooms are located across The Stables, The Coach House and Farmhouse, whilst the Small and Big Suites are located across the Coach House, Farmhouse, Stable and Outhouse.

The Fish is set in the 400 acre Farncombe Estate with a huge choice of activities available for guests to enjoy, from Broadway Golf Course located just next door, to Segway safaris and country pursuits. Wellies are provided for guests to wander the beautiful landscape and dogs are very well catered for with dog-friendly rooms, special baths to wash your muddy friend down and even a dog agility course.

The Fish is located in the idyllic Cotswolds, with mile after mile of beautiful walks, sublime scenery and picture-perfect villages. The village of Broadway is just down the hill, renowned as one of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful villages, with an abundance of quaint tea rooms, charming pubs and restaurants and independent shops, whilst the regency spa town of Cheltenham is just 30 minutes away with its beautiful architecture and fine dining restaurants.
