FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom
Stunning master bedroom suite located up a sweeping staircase from the entrance hall. The stairs lead directly into a spacious dressing area with plentiful cupboard space. A doorway leads into the bedroom area, a huge room with a super king size four poster bed, a freestanding double jacuzzi bath, contemporary fireplace and flat screen TV. Leads through to:

En-suite Shower Room

Jenene Bedroom
A light and airy but cosy bedroom with a king size bed and lovely views, located off the dressing area this room shares the shower room with the master bedroom (or the family bathroom up the other staircase). Please note this room is enclosed with a wall and door however this does not extend all the way to the ceiling.
Alexandra Bedroom
Accessed via its own doorway and steep staircase from the entrance hall, a charming bedroom with four poster king size bed and lovely views. En-suite shower room with large shower and plenty of wardrobe space.
A separate staircase from the entrance hall leads to the rest of the bedrooms.
Family Bathroom
A beautiful marble bathroom with a double jacuzzi bath, hand held shower attachment, sink and WC.
Black and Gold Bedroom
A lavish bedroom with a canopied king size four poster bed, rich colours and fabrics, wardrobe and its own spacious en-suite shower room with a large shower including seating, sink and WC.

A lovely light and airy bedroom with two single beds (one additional single bed can be arranged on request), wardrobe, original Georgian fireplace and views over the gardens. Shares family bathroom.

Lovely bedroom overlooking gardens with three single beds. Shares family bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Tennis Lodge
A short walk across the lawn from the main house is the Tennis Lodge, a self-contained separate building wooden cabin overlooking the tennis court, which contains a kitchenette with tea and coffee amenities, a small hob and fridge, an en-suite shower room and three single beds.
Outdoor Kitchen
Large covered outdoor kitchen with large BBQ (gas provided), sink and fridge, plenty of worktop space and cupboards, ice bucket, stools.
Outdoor Dining Space
Covered outdoor dining space with beautiful solid oak dining table and wooden chandeliers, outdoor fireplace, rattan chairs, integrated speakers.
Pool area
Spacious heated swimming pool (open April – October weather permitting), Astroturf terrace with rattan sun loungers and seating.
OUTSIDE
The grounds here are very private and secure, ensuring guests the utmost privacy and discretion. The manicured lawns are interwoven with elegant pathways and pretty flower borders, leading to the outdoor all weather tennis court and Tennis Lodge, with its own sun terrace and sun loungers to watch all the action on court. There is a further flat lawn beyond the swimming pool perfect for outdoor games or to set up a small marquee. There is a spacious terrace near the Entertainment Room, Dining Room and Sun Lounge with plenty of wooden furniture for al fresco dining. Beyond this lies the outdoor covered kitchen and dining space, and the pool area.
