  • Heathfield House is a beautiful country residence dating back to 1760, located near to Bransgore in Hampshire in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Approached via a sweeping driveway through lovely parkland, the house stands in 15 acres of private grounds, with lawns, orchards and meadows to explore. The current owners have lovingly restored this historic home to offer a truly luxurious and indulgent retreat in this most beautiful of settings, with beautiful original artwork and real attention to detail.


    There is a feeling of understated luxury throughout, with soft muted tones and rich textures creating an elegant and welcoming home. Enjoy beautiful original fireplaces, opulent crystal chandeliers and every modern convenience the discerning 21st century traveller could wish for. The superbly appointed living spaces offer more than enough room for large groups to relax, dine and entertain, from cosy nooks to curl up by the fire to the lavish dining room perfect for stylish dinner parties.


    The superbly equipped country kitchen is ideal for catering for large groups, opening on to the dining room it creates a wonderfully social space in which to entertain and cook at the same time. Of course if you’d rather relax during your stay we can arrange for a private chef, waiting staff, drinks servers and indeed any other services you may wish to enjoy to tailor your perfect stay.

    There are two elegant living rooms, each with sumptuous sofas, comfortable armchairs and log fires, a sunny breakfast room, a study, a games room and a home cinema to kick back and relax with the latest blockbuster movie.

    The sweeping staircase leads to the bedrooms, all of which are beautifully styled with heavenly mattresses, crisp white bed linen, bathrobes and slippers and lovely views. There are ten en-suite bedrooms, and two further bedrooms with private bathrooms, many offering walk in showers and freestanding bathtubs, all finished to the highest of standards with luxury toiletries provided. Heathfield House offers flexible accommodation with 11 of the bedrooms having super king zip and link beds that can be arranged as twins on request, and several bedrooms can accommodate additional pull out beds for children.


    Within the estate you will find Magnolia Cottage with two bedrooms and The Coach House with four bedrooms, which can be rented in conjunction with Heathfield House to accommodate up to 36 guests. Please do note that these two properties may be let separately to Heathfield House.

    Outside the grounds extend to 15 acres, surrounded by the picturesque countryside of the New Forest National Park. There are grassy lawns perfect for drinks receptions or garden games with badminton, volleyball, table tennis, giant jenga and croquet, along with a spacious terrace with al fresco dining for 24 guests, a BBQ and fire pit. The gardens are flanked by beautiful parkland and meadows to explore, with a path leading straight into the New Forest National Park and mile after mile of idyllic country walks.

    Heathfield House is well equipped to meet the needs of business travellers and corporate clients, with high speed Wi-Fi throughout, Ethernet connections in all the bedrooms and living spaces, AV equipment, projection screen, conference calling and VOIP telephony. The reception rooms can be adapted for presentations, breakout sessions and meetings, offering a luxurious setting in which to think, create and collaborate.

    Enjoy complete privacy and a truly inspiring setting, with a completely bespoke and personal approach to ensure your board retreat, team building weekend or company celebration runs like clockwork with no interruptions from other guests or prying eyes. Heathfield House offers 12 superbly appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, with a further 6 bedrooms in the adjacent cottages, with ample space to meet, dine and relax. There are numerous opportunities for activities both within the grounds and in the vicinity, from water based activities such as sailing, kayaking and power boating to clay pigeon shooting, archery and genteel spa days.
