Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your help in making this happen. The property was incredible and very much enjoyed by everyone! Please pass on our thanks to the owners. The weather couldn’t have been better- we felt like we were on holiday in the Med!

Happy new year to you too! We had a great Christmas thank you. Everything was perfect and the hamper was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The property was lovely to stay in, very homely and welcoming but beautifully kept and presented. We made full use of all the facilities…even the pool. The village shops and pubs were also very welcoming. I will leave a review on Facebook.

We were discussing the possibility of maybe coming again at some point but I’ll get back to you on that at a later date.

Thank you for all you help and best wishes for 2019!

Sorry for the delay in replying – I was in A&E yesterday as I had an allergic reaction to a horsefly bite I got at the weekend! Other than that, the weekend was excellent and far outdid anything we were expecting – the weather was perfect and the house was stunning. Thank you for all your help in making the weekend so enjoyable.

Having spent a week at the Old Rectory in Chulmleigh with family and friends, I can think of no better house in which to celebrate a special occasion. It is cosy yet spacious, spectacular yet simple and has many facilities. We especially loved the snooker room, the gorgeous swimming pool, sauna and the tennis court. A feeling of warmth and inclusion reverberates through this old house that makes conviviality easy and yet there is always a nook or cranny available in the house or in the grounds for those in need of a bit of solitude.
