The dining area provides seating for ten on the comfortable and stylish Mr. Impossible chairs, with an extending dining table and beautiful Tom Dixon pendant light. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with the latest technology by Miele and Neff to ensure cooking is a breeze, with a full height mirrored splash back adding to the sense of space and giving beautiful views over the water even when facing away.
There is a small study/office area with complementary high speed wireless internet access and access to a fax machine and printer on request; and a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave to help keep clutter at bay.
There are four stunning waterfront bedrooms to choose from, each with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. There is one bedroom downstairs offering a super king size bed that can be turned into a cinema room with a HD projector and screen; and a private adjacent bathroom with a shower with luxurious marble tiles and high quality fittings by Duravit.
On the first floor, the master bedroom suite is a decadent, stylish and exceptionally large room, with a luxurious super king size bed and separate living and dressing areas. There is an Italian sofa bed in the living area that can convert into a comfy king size bed on request, and a huge open en-suite bathroom with beautiful natural limestone tiles and a two person Jacuzzi bath with an LCD TV, separate walk in shower and double basins.
A rich palette of ivory, black and deep plum create a decadent and glamorous feel, with a sumptuous padded feature headboard and glass bedside tables with black Kartell dimmer lamps creating a beautiful focal point. The luxurious silk cushions and bedspread inject colour whilst the premium cotton bed linen with duck down duvets and pillows ensure a restful nights sleep. The dressing area has fitted wardrobes and can accommodate an additional two guests on a super king quality Italian sofa bed if required.
There is an additional double bedroom with a super king size leather sleigh bed, beautiful views, and an en-suite bathroom with limestone tiles and separate bath and shower. The final bedroom offers twin beds, lake views and an adjoining shower room with limestone tiling and double shower. All the bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with magnificent views of the lake and blackout curtains.
The property has private use of a 2 man kayak, with more canoes available. As a guest at Larchwood Lodge, most of the activities available on the development are free of charge, however the spa does incur an additional one off induction fee and treatments are extra. The lakes are home to a wide variety of birds and other wildlife, and to protect them the use of the lakes for swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing is suspended from October to March.
